1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and ggr678 ("the Company", "ggr678", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ggr678 website, mobile platform, and all related gaming and betting services (collectively, "the Platform").

Your continued use of the ggr678 Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on ggr678, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.

• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, including any self-exclusion request previously made to ggr678.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of ggr678 or its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had a ggr678 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, or Ufone), email address, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Responsibilities

As a registered Member of ggr678, you accept sole responsibility for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with your account.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, where such activity results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Ensuring your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times. Any change in name, mobile number, or payment account details must be reported to ggr678 support immediately.
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed or used by any other person, including family members, friends, or third parties, at any time.

ggr678 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform.

Only one account is permitted per individual person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Accounts found to be in violation of the one-account rule will be permanently closed and all balances, including pending withdrawals, may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ggr678 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in your account's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible, as an anti-money laundering (AML) safeguard. ggr678 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds declarations.

• Processing Time: Verified accounts typically receive JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 3–5 minutes. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) may take up to one business day.
• Fees: ggr678 does not charge members any currency conversion fees. PKR deposits and withdrawals are processed at face value with no hidden deductions from ggr678's side. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• KYC Requirement: Full identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. KYC documents include a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your current address.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus balances and real-money balances are tracked separately in your account wallet.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ggr678 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Members, including welcome bonuses, PSL season promotions, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) which must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on ggr678 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated per-promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and free spins not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless ggr678 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: ggr678 monitors all accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including hedging bets to reduce risk, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers. Any such conduct will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Right to Modify: ggr678 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-campaign, affected Members will be notified and any qualifying deposits or actions taken before the cancellation will be honoured where reasonably practicable.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ggr678 sportsbook and all games played in the ggr678 casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a unique bet reference number and the bet appears in your "My Bets" history. ggr678 is not responsible for bets that were not fully placed due to connectivity issues, incomplete form submission, or insufficient account balance.
• Odds: Odds on the ggr678 sportsbook are updated in real time and are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed. The odds locked in at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply, regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Void Bets: ggr678 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or where the result is indeterminate. Stakes for voided bets will be returned to the Member's account balance.
• PSL & Cricket Markets: For PSL and international cricket markets, where a match is abandoned due to rain, ground conditions, or any other reason before a result can be determined under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, bets will be settled according to ggr678's cricket-specific rules, which are available in the Cricket section of the Platform.
• Maximum Winnings: ggr678 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per day. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and in the sportsbook rules section.
• Errors & Manifest Mistakes: If ggr678 makes a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and/or correct the error. This includes but is not limited to obvious pricing errors and technical malfunctions.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ggr678 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to any sporting event.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer environment on the Platform.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Registering multiple accounts or using third-party accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Engaging in money laundering or any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ggr678 account or account credits to another person.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the ggr678 Platform or its software.
• Any conduct that ggr678 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ggr678 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game software, bet interfaces, odds data, written content, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of ggr678 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from ggr678.

Game titles available on ggr678 (including those from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, PG Soft, and other providers) are the intellectual property of their respective developers. ggr678 licenses these games for use on the Platform but does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

9 Privacy & Data

ggr678 collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing Platform use in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. ggr678 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures. We are not liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime, game malfunctions, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits ggr678's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

ggr678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• You have provided false registration or identity information;
• Your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ggr678;
• We are required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, ggr678 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, your verified balance will be returned via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request closure of your ggr678 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure with a clean account status, your remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ggr678 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ggr678 will notify registered Members via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice. All such changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
